Where we provide consultancy, integration, or support services to a client, those services are governed by a separate, signed agreement, and where the terms of that agreement conflict with these terms, the signed agreement takes precedence.

This section relates only to your use of this website. It does not apply to, and does not limit, any liability arising under a separate signed services agreement between Integrated AIS and a client.

Governing law

These terms, their subject matter, and their formation (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
