About Integrated AIS

We help organisations put AI to work — properly, and on their terms.

Integrated AIS is an AI integration and adoption consultancy. We work across sectors and across infrastructure types — cloud, hybrid, fully on-premises and air-gapped — to take AI from an interesting idea to a dependable part of how an organisation runs, with security and governance built in from day one rather than bolted on afterwards.

Our mission

Most organisations don't have a shortage of AI ideas. They have a shortage of AI that has actually made it into production, is actually trusted by the people using it, and actually meets the security and compliance standards the organisation is held to. Our mission is to close that gap — to be the team that turns promising pilots into resilient, adopted, properly governed systems.

don't wait to innovate, integrate

That line is our operating philosophy, not just a slogan. In practice, it means two things happening at the same time rather than one after the other.

First, it means not letting AI adoption stall in an endless run of disconnected pilots and proofs of concept. A pilot that never leaves the lab delivers no value and, worse, quietly signals to an organisation that AI "doesn't really work here". We design integration work from the outset with production in mind — the data pipelines, the change management, the monitoring, the support model — so that a promising result can move into everyday use without a second project having to be commissioned to make it real.

Second, and just as important, moving quickly is never traded off against moving safely. "Integrate" carries as much weight in our philosophy as "innovate" does. Speed to production only counts if what reaches production is secure, governed and built on infrastructure the organisation actually controls — including, where it matters, fully on-premises or air-gapped deployment. We don't ask clients to choose between moving fast and staying in control of their data; that choice is exactly what our approach is designed to remove.

Our approach

We work as a long-term partner, not a single-project vendor. That shapes how we've built the business: broad enough to bring proven integration patterns across sectors, and security-first enough to be trusted with the most sensitive workloads an organisation runs.

Broad, multi-sector

We deliberately don't specialise in a single industry. The same disciplined approach to integration, adoption and governance applies whether the workload sits in financial services, public sector and defence, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services or energy — we bring patterns across sectors rather than reinventing them for each one.

Security-first, by default

Security and governance are part of the design brief from day one, not a review that happens before go-live. Every engagement is scoped with data handling, access control and audit requirements built in, so production readiness and security readiness arrive together.

On-premises & air-gapped capability

For organisations that cannot rely on external connectivity or third-party infrastructure, we design and run AI capability entirely within environments they control — including fully air-gapped deployment. This isn't an afterthought bolted onto a cloud-first product; it's a core part of what we offer.

Leadership

Integrated AIS is led by two co-founders who between them cover the full span of the work: getting AI integrated and adopted, and getting it deployed securely wherever it needs to run.

Theo Laredo

Co-Founder

Theo co-founded Integrated AIS to help organisations turn promising AI pilots into systems people actually rely on day to day. His interest in AI began eight years ago with the "paperclip maximizer" thought experiment, which led him to spend years studying AI safety and capability. That research grew into practice — building systems and workflows, testing AI reliability, and helping friends and colleagues put AI to work in their own lives — to the point where his output across products, automation and self-learning models could be consistently relied upon. He brings that hands-on experience in AI research and deployment to every engagement, and focuses on the integration and adoption side — making sure new capability is designed around how people will really use it.

William Mann

Co-Founder

William co-founded Integrated AIS with a focus on secure, on-premises and air-gapped deployment, ensuring integration work stands up to the standards that regulated and security-conscious organisations require. His interest in AI began eight years ago, drawn by the parallels between how the brain forms thoughts and whether AI systems might do the same. That curiosity has since grown into eight years of experience in AI engineering and secure systems delivery, and he works closely with clients' own security and IT teams throughout every engagement.
